Two phase catalytic oxidation technology

Two phase catalytic oxidation technology is an excellent process developed based on the Fenton reaction principle through extensive experimentation and engineering practice, which integrates electrochemical coagulation, catalytic oxidation, and flocculation precipitation.

Fenton reagent can generate hydroxyl radicals (· OH), with extremely strong oxidizing power and no selectivity towards organic compounds, making it widely applicable; Its oxidation potential reaches+2.8V, making it the inorganic oxidant with the strongest oxidation ability except for elemental fluorine. It can react with organic matter to generate organic radicals, which further oxidize and cause carbon chain breakage in the organic structure. This breaks the bonds of difficult to degrade substances in large molecules, turning them into small molecules and ultimately oxidizing them into H2O and CO2. Some organic compounds are directly mineralized.

The two-phase catalytic oxidation technology adopts a two-stage reaction, with the first stage reaction using a composite heterogeneous transition metal catalyst. The inner valence orbitals and outer orbitals of metal ions in transition metal oxides can undergo cleavage, and the d orbitals of metal cations in transition metal oxides are prone to losing or taking electrons, exhibiting strong redox performance. In addition, transition metal oxides have strong heat resistance and toxicity resistance, which are more conducive to adjusting catalyst performance. These characteristics make transition metal oxides a good catalyst for redox reactions. The secondary reaction uses solid zero valent composite metals as catalysts, which have strong reduction and microelectrolysis effects, and can treat various azo dyes and complex cyclic organic compounds, effectively reducing the content of complex chromogenic organic compounds in water.

Multi level AO process control technology

The purpose of removing organic matter and ammonia nitrogen is achieved through a series of multi-stage AO tanks. The entire system continuously receives and receives water, greatly improving the volumetric capacity. The primary AO tank mainly completes decarbonization (removal of organic matter), while the secondary AO tank achieves efficient removal of ammonia nitrogen by forming a synchronous nitrification denitrification environment. Its special reactor structure design, combined with multiple parameters such as dissolved oxygen and pH, enriches various microbial aggregates, completes synchronous nitrification and denitrification processes, and achieves one-step low consumption and high-efficiency removal of ammonia nitrogen.
