Multi component VOCs catalytic combustion laboratory
Catalytic combustion flow rate of 10-100m ³/h, VOCs concentration of 0-2000ppm, capable of simultaneously generating 6 channels, integrated safety interlock system (response time<50ms), supporting simulation of catalytic processes for 6 VOCs components.

Joint Laboratory for Odor and Odor Control
Integrated biological filter and catalytic oxidation process, odor removal rate ≥ 90%, electronic nose detection limit 0.1ppb (H2S/NH3), supporting dynamic monitoring of biofilm activity and intelligent nutrient solution feeding (accuracy ± 2%).

Dual Fluid Purification Technology Laboratory
Develop high-efficiency rotary atomization device, covering three scenarios of deodorant spraying, spray drying (milk/new energy powder), and SDA semi dry deacidification of waste incineration power plant. The precise control range of droplet size has been expanded to 30-80 μ m (SDA deacidification) and 10-50 μ m (food grade drying) to meet the needs of different industries.

Frontier Technology Innovation Laboratory
Based on the operational data of the 1000+VOCs treatment project of Yuxing Technology, the laboratory has constructed a multi physics field coupling model (fluid mechanics/thermodynamics/catalytic reaction) with a simulation error of less than 8%.
