On May 4, 2018, our company won the bid for Package 2 and Package 10 of the 2018 National Surface Water Quality Automatic Monitoring System and Operation Maintenance Project. This project is the most difficult and demanding project in history, described in five terms:
Large engineering quantity: The construction content includes 73 new water stations and 14 filling and replenishing water stations;
The strictest schedule: all water stations are required to complete construction and installation on schedule, and project implementation progress must be reported daily;
The strictest equipment requirements: all online monitoring equipment at the water station must pass the applicability testing of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and the reagents must be stored at a constant temperature;
The strictest data: using multiple quality control methods to ensure data accuracy, daily drift verification, monthly linear verification, quarterly spiked recovery rate determination, and actual water sample comparison;
The strictest personnel requirements: all operation personnel are required to pass the water station operation and maintenance training held by the national central station.
After winning the bid, in order to ensure the project is completed on schedule and with high quality, our company has developed a detailed project execution plan. The production and manufacturing department, operation management and project execution department, technology research and development department, and other departments work closely together to provide personnel and financial support. We hold weekly project review meetings to handle exceptions, and each business unit establishes a special working group to update the project progress daily, ensuring that problems do not occur overnight and that quality and quantity are delivered on time. At present, the national water station project undertaken by our company has successfully passed the acceptance inspection.
